Hawkeye Renovations has the ability to take your project from initial concept to final build. Our in-house team can develop blueprints and 3D design renderings so that you can visualize your project. Through our 13 years of experience in the Denver building community, we have established strong relationships with Structural, Geotechnical, and Mechanical engineers, and other professionals that are needed to successfully navigate through the permitting process.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

At Hawkeye Renovations, each project is assigned a Project Manager who is responsible for overseeing and managing the construction process, building schedule, and budget. We use a construction management program called Co Construct that keeps documents, communications, allowances, budget and product selections in one place and up-to-date.
