OUR PROCESS

Our process begins with a FREE consultation to meet you and discuss your project.  We provide you with building and design guidance, identify the scope of work and develop a preliminary budget.

When full design build services are needed, our design agreement includes: 

• Detailed, as-built measurements
• Design consultations
• Three design concepts
• Full 3D renderings
• Detailed line-item construction estimate for finalized design

This step reserves a spot on our production schedule and includes:

• Project research with appropriate building department
• Referral to Structural and Geotechnical Engineers and design collaboration 
• Subcontractor walk through
• Supplier bidding
• Firm pricing

Our Builder Agreement triggers the finalization of the Construction Documents and includes submission for permits. Once permits are received, construction begins according to schedule.
